Where are you located?
We are located in Australia but source our medication from reputable wholesalers from around the world. All our products are made by respectable pharmacuetical companies and are shipped in original packaging.

What are your shipping costs?
We currently only offer registered Standard Air Mail ($US7) which orders normally arrive within 10 - 28 days after being shipped. All shipments are gauranteed.

The product I am looking for is not listed?
We stock over 1600 products. If your product is not listed please contact us at service@freedom-pharmacy.com and we will try to source it for you. Do you accept money orders?
We only accept payment by the following credit cards, Mastercard, Visa. We do not accept money orders or COD.

How long will it take to get my order?
Standard Air Mail shipments normally arrive within 10 - 28 days of being shipped. We generally ship within 24 hrs of processing the order or next business day, but occasionally delays will occur when items are on back order. If an item is on back order it can take up to 7 days to be back in stock.

Why is the name of my product in brackets?
We are based outside the US and products are often sold under a different name. They are the same brand name product, sold by the same company under a different name or equivalent brand name product made by another pharmaceutical company.

Can I track my order?
You will recieve a shipping confirmation email. Standard Air mail shipping provides no online tracking service and must be tracked from our end.

Do I need a prescription?
You do not need a prescription to buy our products as we work under the laws of the country we ship from. We do recommend you check with your local customs to see if it is okay to import these products.

Do you offer medical advice?
Like all our products we recommend you seek medical advice before use. We do not offer consultations in any form.

How do I know Im not going to get "ripped off"?
We guarantee all deliveries. If your shipment does not make its destination within 28 days, we will reship or refund at no extra cost. No questions asked.
